For me, a normal day consists of a variety of activities: linking people to one another, creating bespoke workshops for impactful team sessions, walking around the hockey field with my camera, reading & writing and enjoying a great meal with friends. I am a results-driven person who is curious to find better ways of doing things and inspiring others to live the best and most sustainable life they can.  

Over the past 20 years, I have worked as a Management Consultant, International HR Leader and Director for various organisations in the technical, IT, the energy and the public sector. I am driven to get the best and most out of people and organisations.

I enjoy helping organisations and individuals to reveal their purpose and explore their full potential as individual and as a team. Creating a shared understanding between people with different cultural backgrounds—such as techies, creatives, executives, and workers—has been the red thread throughout my career.

Moreover, I am a facilitator of change, business & people oriented leader and trusted advisor. Clients enjoy working with me for my no-nonsense style, business sense and sincere interest in people.

I hold Masters in Communications, Executive (Team) and am an Ashridge Accredited Coach and EMCC Certified Team Coach and am working on my PhD on leader vulnerability at the VU in Amsterdam.

To increase my adrenaline levels, I love working against deadlines, skiing in the Italian Dolomites and doing things that take me out of my comfort zone like visiting new places and jumping out of planes!
